and approving an Agreement with Lambert Bros Inc. for the construction of Phase V of the Citywide
Culvert Headwall Installation Project, in accordance with Bid No. 18-05B for a contract amount of
$546,176.50; a contingency in an amount of $54,617.65 will be added to the project account, for a
total project budget of $600,794.15; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts;
providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending the Community
Development Department Fee Schedule to provide for additional fees associated with new
