Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior to their participation.

When an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-judicial hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter.

The Chair at this time will announce those items that have been given a specific time to be heard, and will entertain motions from the Commission members to table those items that require research. The Commission may agendize by majority consent matters of an urgent nature which have come to the Commission's attention after publication.

b.TR 13096 - Citywide Culvert Headwall Phase V

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid No. 18-05B to and approving an Agreement with Lambert Bros Inc. for the construction of Phase V of the Citywide Culvert Headwall Installation Project, in accordance with Bid No. 18-05B for a contract amount of $546,176.50; a contingency in an amount of $54,617.65 will be added to the project account, for a total project budget of $600,794.15; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

c.TR13092 - Amendment to Community Development Fee Schedule

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending the Community Development Department Fee Schedule to provide for additional fees associated with new applications attached hereto as Exhibit “A”; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

a.TO2375 - Creating a Vacation Rental Registration Program

An Ordinance of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled “Licenses and Business Regulations,” to create article xvi, to be entitled “Vacation Rentals Registration;” providing for the regulation of vacation rentals as defined herein; providing for definitions, process for issuance of vacation rental permits , requirements, regulations, and standards for vacation rentals, compliance inspections, suspension and revocation of vacation rental permits; providing for penalty and enforcement; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for codification; and providing an effective date.
