Item No 6 (c) on the Consent Agenda. (TR1320) A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute an addendum to the Agreement
with VOYA Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company (VRIAC) (formerly known as ING Life
Insurance and Annuity Company) to provide a percentage-based contribution option to the 457
Deferred Compensation Plan, adopting the percentage-based contribution option amendment
