Behring Foundation, Tems Association, Inc., Tamarac Lakes North Association, Inc. and Tamarac Lakes South Civic Association, Inc., to deed and release any interest the City might have had in the recreational facilities and properties, in order to give effect to the city’s prior resolution numbers R-71-
12, R-77-177, R-77-187 and R-93-50 to rescind, cancel and terminate any rights and obligations of the City pursuant to the deed restrictions pertaining to Sections 1 and 2 of Tamarac Lakes, the indenture of mortgage, and the agreement dated January 3, 1967, attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein; directing the appropriate City officials to take any and all action necessary to effectuate the intent of this resolution; providing for conflicts; providing for severability and providing for an effective date. - Community Development Director Jennifer Bramley
