review between FDOT and the City of Tamarac for the signs that are located in an FDOT right of

BLD Services, LLC, and authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute the agreement between
the City of Tamarac and BLD Services, LLC, for an amount of $7,700,635.00 for the Wastewater
Inflow & Infiltration Lateral Lining Project located in multiple areas within the City of Tamarac;
authorizing an additional appropriation of $565,119; providing for conflicts; providing for severability;
