Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior to their participation.
When an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-judicial hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF TIME ALLOCATIONS-MOTIONS TO TABLE
The Chair at this time will announce those items that have been given a specific time to be heard, and will entertain motions from the Commission members to table those items that require research. The Commission may agendize by majority consent matters of an urgent nature which have come to the Commission's attention after publication.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding a contract to SAK Construction, LLC, utilizing pricing from an agreement obtained through a formal competitive process by City of Mobile Alabama, Mobile Area Water and Sewer System, Contract Number 100316.22 for the FY17 Wastewater Cured-ln-Place Pipe Lining Inflow and Infiltration Project; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute a Purchase Order Agreement with SAK Construction, LLC for a project cost of $2,077,398.00, with a contingency of 5% or $103,869.90 for an amount not to exceed $2,181,267.90; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to administer the contract; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, awarding Bid No. 17-12B to and approving an agreement with A-1 Paradise Plumbing, Inc. d/b/a Paradise Service Technologies for refurbishing the two cooling towers at City Hall located at 7525 N.W. 88th Avenue for a contract amount of $63,280.00 and a contingency in an amount of $6,328.00, will be added to the project for a total project budget of $69,608.00; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
