Item 1 - TR13084 - Oakland Park Automatic & Mutual Aid Agreement
Item No. 6 (c) on the Consent Agenda. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate City Officials to approve and to execute an automatic and mutual aid agreement between the City of Tamarac and the City of Oakland Park; allowing for the provision of cooperative emergency medical and fire protection services for a term commencing immediately upon execution of the agreement for one (1) year term with automatic one (1) year renewals; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - Fire Chief Percy Sayles
